I am about passionate about faith, family life, parenting and mental health and enjoy communicating with people of all ages and stages of life.
Over the past 15 years, I have spoken at various events including conferences, training seminars, community/support groups, church/faith services, women’s retreats and mental health events – across Northern Ireland and the UK.
On many occasions, I have been interviewed or contributed to programmes on TV, Radio and Podcasts.
I previously presented a Saturday Radio Show on Sunshine1049, which I thoroughly enjoyed!
In 2016, I was delighted to be asked to deliver a Ted Talk at TEDxStormont titled “What if motherhood isn’t the time of your life?”
I have also written for newspapers, magazines, publications, research projects and journals, along with Guest Editing an edition of View about Maternal Mental Health.
If you would like to invite me to take part in something, email me at haveyouseenthatgirl@outlook.com
*Please be aware that while I am pleased to talk about mental health and wellbeing, I no longer speak or write (in any great detail) about my personal experience of Perinatal Mental Illness from 12 years ago. More about that here – Have you seen that girl?
**I also don’t campaign on issues or engage in politics.
